FAQ/Policies

Payments:

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. I accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Shopify Pay, Venmo and PayPal

By making a purchase with Jenna Koo Jewelry, you are agreeing to our policies.

All sales are final. Please note: due to a fluctuating metals market, prices are subject to change.

*Please note, I do not accept holds on any pieces I preview on Instagram or Facebook before a collection release.  If you wish to hold an item once it has been published, I will require a non-refundable 25% down payment to do so.  No exceptions will be made.

SALES TAX

Colorado Sales Tax: Jenna Koo Jewelry is located in Fort Collins, CO. In accordance with state and federal laws, CO residents and items shipping within CO will pay state sales tax (2.9%) and the city in which the item is purchased (between 0.0%-8.83%).

Payment Plan Policy:

AfterPay

Starting January 1st, 2021 I am directing all payment plan traffic to use the AfterPay option on my website at checkout.  With AfterPay, you are able to purchase your piece with just 25% down and 4 easy payments thereafter.  Plus, you get your item right away*, no waiting until it's paid off (*on ready to ship pieces)!  AfterPay does not do a credit check, therefore it does not effect your credit score in any way to sign up. In some cases, such as custom orders or orders over a specific price, AfterPay may not be the best option.  In this case, please refer to "Payment Plans via Jenna Koo".

Payment Plans via Jenna Koo
By reading this it is assumed that you have read and agree to the payment policy conditions. All items are eligible for payment plans after 24 hours of listing the item. If you are interested in setting up a payment plan for any piece, please message me and I would be happy to set this up for you. The first payment will be a non-refundable 25% down to reserve the piece. I ask that this first payment is made within 12 hours after agreeing to a payment plan since I can often have multiple people interested at once.  After the first payment is made, I only ask that the piece is paid off within 2-4 payments thereafter. I will specify in each listing the day the next payment is due. Should a payment be missed by 48 hours of the due date, all payments paid (minus the 25% non refundable fee) will be reimbursed to the customer and the item will go back up for sale to the general public. No exceptions. Should you like courtesy reminders of when payments are due, please just ask and I will try my best to send out a message. It is your responsibility, however, to make these payments on time.

Coupon Codes:

Coupon codes are valid on regular sales only and do not apply to custom orders or made to order pieces unless specified. Coupon codes cannot be used with other promotions or discounts.

Return Policy:

I DO NOT take returns. Please double and triple check your ring and cuff size before ordering.

If your piece arrives damaged: Please inspect your jewelry when your parcel arrives. If the item arrives damaged, it likely happened due to heavy mail handling. Should this have happened, please email us immediately (within 72 hours) so that we can discuss further. If the item needs to be returned to me for repair, return shipping is the buyers responsibility.

PLEASE message me if you are unhappy with your item and we can discuss in further detail. I want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.

How To Care For Your Jenna Koo Jewelry:

CARE OF HANDMADE JEWELRY:
The jewelry you are purchasing is made to last, but like all handmade items, it is delicate. Care is necessary and the responsibility of the wearer. Always remove your jewelry before sleeping, swimming, or bathing. Keep jewelry clean and free of perfumes/chemicals (this includes oils, lotions, soaps, etc.). Please remove your jewelry before any types of heavy activity, i.e. gardening, exercising.

Storing and cleaning your jewelry: Store your jewelry in the velvet bag provided (while supplies last), wrapped in a silk scarf or in a plastic baggie when it is not being worn. A closed jewelry box is also a great way to prevent further patina. You may clean your jewelry with clear soap and water, but never use chemicals or other types of cleaners (this will destroy natural stones and remove any patina on the piece). Polishing cloths/pads are great for removing unwanted oxidization (be careful to not rub too hard or you may remove the patina).

*Please note that water and oils can actually change the coloration and look of natural/untreated stones over time. If this type of change is undesired, be sure to keep your jewelry dry whenever possible (remove when washing your hands, etc.).

NOTE: All damage occurring to a piece under your care is your responsibility.

Please note: While every effort is made to photograph the items to be an accurate representation, photography and computer monitors have limitations and differences. Colors and brightness may vary on different devices. I try to show my products in different lighting so that you can get a feel of how it would look in real life and never edit beyond that. Should you want additional photos of a product before purchase, I would be more than happy to accommodate.
